The judgment of information-satisfaction degree is related to the satisfaction degree of the "information needs", however, we could not affirm that the users are information-satisfied once their "information needs" are satisfied. According to the researches, we can come to the conclusion that the emotions, which could affect cognize, might lead to the deferent consciousness of risks, judgments and choices. There are no conclusions about whether the emotions, as the cognize appraisal, could affect the judgment of the information-satisfaction degree and the ways of effect. According to the theoretics, the thesis puts forward the hypothesis that the emotions could affect the judgment of information-satisfaction-degree. If the hypothesis is proved in life, it might block thepath to the goals we always pursue-maximizing the profit. Penetrating into the study of theemotions' affect working on the judgment of information-satisfaction degree, we can avoid unnecessary loss, maximize profit and make users fell better via increasing the degree of the information satisfaction.The thesis analyses the possible affect of emotions working on the judgment of information-satisfaction degree in psychology sight, takes the emotion as variable and then studies the affect by experimentation. It is discovered: 1) the emotions do affect the judgment of information-satisfaction degree, and there is difference lies in gender that the effect is more significant on females compared with males; 2) the stabilization of the "judgment of information-satisfaction degree" with positive affect is better than that with negative affect; 3) the individuals with positive affect in experiment have a tendency to think they are "satisfied".The conclusion drawn from the experiment proved the theory about the tendency of risk in positive affect, as well as the "somatic marker hypothesis" proposed by Damasio.
