As a global phenomenon, the domestc violence was subjected to the concern of the international society in 70's in 20 centuries. The domestic research of the domestic violence is not much, especially come down to the domestic violence and emotional problem behavior. This research constructs the Domestic Violence Questionnaire(DVQ) and the Emotional Problem Behavior Questionnaire(EPBQ) in junior high school, investigates the students of the junior high school with the method of sampling at Chongqing City, discusses the actuality of the domestc violence and emotional problem behavior of the students in the junior high school, reseaches the influence of the domestc violence to the emotional problem behavior of the students in the junior high school. This research has important meaning of preventing and eradicating completely the occurrence of the domestic violence, promoting healthy growth of teenager, raising the quality of domestic education. The results of this research indicate:(1)DVQ and EPBQ are reliable and effective measure tool, which can be used in other research.(2)DVQ consists two factors:body violence and spirit violence. The spirit violence is more severe than the body violence.(3)EPBQ consists four factors:aggression, apathy, depressive anxious and negative shrink. The depressive anxious and negative shrink are more severe than the aggression and apathy.(4)On the whole, the domestic violence of the students in the junior high school is not too severe. The body violence of schoolboys is more severe than the schoolgirls. The spirit violence of the students without brothers and sisters is more severe than the students with brothers or sisters. The body violence of the students who come from urban family is more severe than the students who come from rural family. The body violence and spirit violence of externs are all more severe than non-extens. The body violence of the students in the privately owned school is more severe than the studengts in the point high school and the non-point high school.(5) On the whole, the emotional problem behavior of the students in the junior high school is not too severe. The schoolboys' aggression and apathy is more severe than the schoolgirls'. The negative shrink of the students who come from mral family is more severe than the students who come from urban family. The depressive anxious of the grade three students is more severe than the grade one students. The negative shrink of the students in the point high school is more severe than the students in the non-point high school and the privately owned school.(6)The influence of the domestc violence to the emotional problem behavior of the students in the junior high school is significant. More the parents carry out domestic violence to the sons and daughters, the sons and daughters are more easy to appear emotion problem behavior. More the parents carry out body violence to the sons and daughters, the sons and daughters are more easy to appear aggression. More the parents carry out spirit violence to the sons and daughters, the sons and daughters are more easy to appear depressive anxious.
