Interactive Perspectives, Abundant Implications

The novels of Thomas Hardy have the explanative meaning endlessly, and this thesis is dealing with the ethic relationships of Hardy's main novels in order to find out the implied ethics. This thesis includes four parts as different ethic levels: perspective on body, society, nature, and religion. Although the four different levels look like paralleling from each other, they prove the procession of destruction of disharmonious ethic relationship mutually.Firstly, the first part of the thesis interprets the world of man and woman based on the passion of woman which comes from the perspective of man's view in contrast. The second part discusses about the historical deletion and interactive of the Metamorphosis of heroes and the upgrade of heroes, which made Hardy suspect that male can deconstruct and support the rational society any longer. The third part comes to the ecological ethics which Hardy emerged into his perspective. A new situation of interaction of fortune and disaster came out from the awe of human beings to nature during the economic development. And the forth part deals with the situation of humanity under the perspective of religion ethics, and the main point stands on the confirmation of God's person and pursuing in thought of homeland of human beings.This thesis penetrates into meaning and importance of lifestyle supporting by rational spirit, and not only has it a expedition significance on the deep studying of Hardy's works, but also it can make us think how to develop a harmonic society.
