Once Popper's "Three Worlds" theory came out, it shocked the entire world, especially in the philosophy field, and aroused in our country-heated argument. But the digital and information technology and theories provide new proofs for the "Three World" theory. Section one of the thesis reviews and analyses the theories of "Three worlds" and its contribution to epistemology. The second part states and comments on Popper's theory from a digital view. The author redefines the "World 3" as a world of coded and shareable information and describes a new "World 3" which is enlarged by digital and information technology. The arguing in the thesis also proves the rationality of the theory. The author reconstructs an annular structure of the interaction among the three worlds and points out that the world 2 is no more an indispensable intermediary between world 1 and world 3. On this basis, the thesis states and comments on the theoretical contribution of new "Three World" theory to epistemology, especially in the fields of information right and education.
