Karl Popper is a philosopher who had important influence in the 20th century. He didn’t agree with the Subjectivist Epistemology in traditional western society and he proposed his own Objectivism Epistemology. He divided a new portion in the worlds except the physical world and the mental world, he named the new portion "world Ⅲ". The "world Ⅲ" is a world contains all the scientific knowledge, such as objective theories, objective problems and objective facts. Questions, conjecture, theories, arguments, books, magazines, etc can be regarded as typical world Ⅲ objects. The world Ⅲ is objective, autonomous and real, world Ⅲ and the physical world I can interact with the mental world Ⅱ as an intermediary. The Falsification Principle, The Poverty of Historicism and The World Ⅲ Theory have the interwovenness connection.Compared with other philosophers who proposed similar theories, although The World Ⅲ Theory is similar to Plato’s Idealism, they still have distinction. a part of World Ⅲ Theory and Hegel’Spiritual World are same, the other parts of they are different. Bolzano’s "truths in themselves" and " statement in themselves " had enlightenment on World Ⅲ Theory. According to Popper’s World ⅢTheory, Frege’Epistemology is unscientific. The empiricism of Locke, Berkeley and Hume are different to worldⅢ theory in terms of epistemology. The "world Ⅲ" has its own characters, when we use the World Ⅲ Theory for historical research, we will get some new discovery. The historical research and the natural science research have the same research process, they all need us to find questions, then we will obtaine the conjectures through collecting materials according to the conjecture,we give corresponding refutation to get the more correct conjecture. Through this process we obtain more accurate conclusion. But the objects of historical research are the past, the past can not happen again, so the conclusion of historical research is individual and specific, not common or general. Regard as world Ⅲ’s objects, historical knowledge are objective. The object of historical research is world Ⅲ’s objects, not the purely "historical facts ". History is an explanatory subject. one of the most method to comprehend history is "Situational analysis". According to refactoring history situation, we can explain historical documents more clearly, we can get more accurate conclusion of historical research through conjecture and refutation.
