Research On Karl Popper’s “World 3”theory

Popper’s theory of the three worlds has been debated and criticized since its birth,but it has deeply attracted us in the technological age.The age of technology gives more space for Popper’s three worlds theory,especially the content object of "World 3" theory.The thesis has carried out a relatively systematic study on Popper’s "World 3" theory,but it is not only the interpretation of the classic text of Popper’s "World 3" theory,but more importantly,based on the impact of the current era on the "World 3" theory,trying to reflect the changes brought to the world by the knowledge ontology by describing the impact of contemporary technological development factors on the "World 3" theory.First of all,it combs the ideological origin of Popper’s "World 3" theory,which is mainly influenced by Darwin’s theory of biological evolution,Karl Buller’s theory of language and Frege’s semantics.In Popper’s view,even knowledge has a priori,just like the genetic inheritance at the beginning of life,and very few knowledge will have congenital variation.Since then,Popper began to conceive the premise of "World 3" theory.Secondly,I studied the theoretical model of Popper’s three worlds,understood the connotation of the three worlds,and made a detailed study of Popper’s "World 3" theory of the three worlds.I believed that the essence of "World 3" was the product of human spiritual activities,it was an independent and ontological objective reality,with the characteristics of objectivity,reality and independence.Thirdly,it analyzes the value and limitation of Popper’s "World 3" theory.The paper holds that Popper’s theory of three worlds is a rational criticism with positive effects on traditional epistemology,which has made contributions to distinguish subjective and objective knowledge;It also solves the problem of the relationship between body and mind left over by traditional philosophy,that is,from the problem of the relationship between body and mind to the study of the interaction between body and mind.At the same time,the unclear definition of the content of "World 3" has also brought great differences to the research of later generations,and excessive emphasis on the independence of knowledge will lead to neglect of the dominance of human subjects.Limited by the times,Popper could not feel the impact and change brought by today’s technology network,nor did he realize that "World 3" could directly affect "World 1" and produce a new "World 3".Based on this,the paper conducts a detailed study on the existence of "World 4" against the background of the technological era,and makes a new interpretation of "World 3".The conclusion is that the division of the new "World 3" is the combination of the objective knowledge world and the artificial world,and the technological world is the sub world of the new "World 3".
