Rational Research Of Chinese Communist Party's Agrarian Policy

Internal disorder and foreign invasions in the long-term, make modern China to walk with difficulty on the modernized path. China is a large agricultural nation, its modernized essence is the countryside modernization , also perhaps the agricultural modernization, therefore , solving farmer's land problem is its key. To this question, various social classes of the modern society have the varying degree the understanding and the endeavor, although some procedures did not make any achievement at that time, but actually accumulated the precious wealth for the later rural work.The Communist Party of China as leading the China democratic revolution to gain the victory, by unceasing exploration, realized the general farmers populace's importance. Therefore, the Communist Party of China has abolished the feudal landlord land ownership and has established the farmer land ownership. by a series of agrarian revolution actives and reforms. The history already proved that the agrarian revolution and the reform were one of magic weapons which the China democratic revolution made victory, in also had obtained the tangible effect at that time, the former research mostly also stresses on this. But if we analyze the question from the productive relations to productive forces reaction this angle, what conclusion will be made?This article will take eight natural villages in Shenfu County in Northern Shanxi as the research object, will mainly use the theory and the method of history , and will absorb the theories and the methods of demography, sociology, economic and psychology and so on, will elaborate basic appearances (changes of agricultural production and farmer living) and the reasons of the evolution at eight natural villages in Shenfu County in northern Shanxi during 1930s—1940s. By Comparison between eight natural villages agriculture and the farmer live around the agrarian revolution, draws the conclusion: after the agrarian revolution the agricultural productive forces obtains the full development by no means, the article analyze reason from three aspects that are the natural environment worsening, the Chinese Communist Party agrarian policy inherent contradictions and various social classes performs to the agrarian policy .This research and the function of the agrarian revolution at that time is not contradictory. The modern China's national condition was very complex, some policy which could simultaneously solve many problems would have many difficulties. The Communist Party of China's agrarian revolution and the reform are perhaps helpless and the only best choice in the revolution and the development.
