| Territory unification is our country's eternal topic. Gradually, along with the completion of the Northern Song Dynasty's unification, it appeared a problem on how to deal with the kings and officials of capitulation. According to my investigation, there isn't a special paper involved in the problem in contemporary academic circles.This article is divided into three chapters: First chapter elaborates the general outlines of the former various power on the eve of the Song Dynasty's establishment as well as Northern Song Dynasty's unified advancement. First narrates the demise of the Houzhou Dynasty and the establishment of the Northern Song Dynasty.
