The Policy Of Lamaism In Yuan Ming Qing And It's Continuance

China is a multinational & multi-religion country has Lamaism is the major religion of some minorities. For example Tibetan,Mongolian & Tu nationality. As a kind of religious belief, it is not only influence the unity of nations but also play decisive role in stability of social order, especially in the period of feudalism.The ruler of Yuan,Ming,Qing dynasty used Lamaism to protect the governance of local area when they governed borderland.Every dynasty carried out all kinds of Lamaism policy according to different historical environment, geography and special condition to achieve that the religion served for their government well and achieve the multinational unity & stabilization of society's order, make the policy of religion became an important way for central government govern nationality of borderland.This article illustrates the characteristic of continuity about policy of Lamaism in these three dynasties in aspects of supporting for the Lamaism adoration for religion leader tay-tribute system & management for general affairs of Lamaism.The article and also summarizes the characteristic of every dynasties, Lamaism policy & analyzes why these three dynasties use Lamaism.
