Yun Yu Yang Qiu, written by Ge Li Fang who was a theorist on poems in Nan Song Dynasty , which has wide range of topics such as paintings , geography, customs ,flowers, birds, fish, insects and so on. It commented poems for the purpose of moral education and reasons of things. This paper intends to study poetics thoughts in Yun Yu Yang Qiu by sociology and aesthetics methods, highlight GE Li Fang's poetics thinking of the value and significance. This paper to be divided into three parts: the first part focused on GE Li Fang 's criticized thought , that he thought morality is more important than arts. The second part is to analyze subtle poetry style. Ge Li Fang advocated subtle poetry style. He maintained that poems must have morality value. He thought that poets can creative subtle style by analogy. The third part focuses on insipid poetry style .Ge Li Fang advocated that poems should be insipid. This is also because his moral ideology. The fourth part of the paper in the other poetic thinking in order, include "inspiration", "writer and creative environment," "poem norms". Ge Li Fang thought that when poets or poetesses in society or nature and he or she is extremely open-minded. They will catch inspiration easily. Ge Li Fang considered that poets' creative environment could affect his or her works' style and content .Ge Li Fang faced the poetic condition wanted to set up the morality standard and make the reality doctrine was the principle of poems.
