| A Bite of Growth is an online film that tried to break away from the rules in micro-film and adapt to modern commercial film production.It is a comedy about youth and growth.It took a year to make this film,which is of 60 minutes in length.Sponsoring,crewing,content,shooting and post-production that include publicity and release were done in a way that meets the standards of commercial films.This paper is from the director,screenplay writer and editor of the film.This paper is an elaboration and discussion of the production of A Bite of Growth.The first of the five chapters is introduction,introducing the background,purpose and story of the film;the second chapter went on to illustrate the director's idea on the theme,structure,characters,stories,conceptual images,style of the lines and the landscapes of the film;the third chapter shows the shooting equipment of the film,mainly discussing the preparation on the screenplay,actors,camera men and arts conductor as well as text examples of the discussions with producer before shooting;the fourth chapter is an analysis of the lens language,including shooting styles,coloring of the lights,sounds and editing;the last chapter is the discussion of this paper,reflecting on the production and the attempt to make A Bite of Growth an online film,exploring the possibility of students' film going into market,hoping to give some inspirations on the transitioning of students' film when they are faced with the competing market. |
