The Research On Sodbilig's Translating Style

This paper was written in five parts as foreword,chapter 1,chapter 2,the conclusion and reference book names .It mainly analyzed Sodbilig's translation style,methods,theories and the contribution he has done to Mongolian culture and education . The translation of the poems are surely the most important of all.Chapter 1:I've elaborated Sodbilig's career of translation and simply concluded his whole life as a perfect combination of writing,translation,editing and intensive study ,which is the inevitable outcome of his restless work .Chapter2:I have analyzed Sodbilig's translation style on poems. This is the main part of this article. I studied the style and methods Sodbilig has owned in translating poems and pointed out some problems he has had , and I especially noted my own standpoint and vision in it. This chapter is formed of two parts.Part 1: The style of translating poems1. To be loyal to the content.2. To be faithful to the modes of expression and to maintain the original style and the quantity of the words.3. I noted some misgiven standpoint and mistakes that was given in Sodbilig's poem-translation.Part 2: The style of translating novels1. He translated the natural sights and the living condition vividly and accurately.2. He translated the figures in the novel very lively.3. He precisely and properly translated the tone of the original article.The conclusion :I concluded Sodbilig's theories of translation from five aspects and approved of his outstanding contribution to the work of translation.The Reference Books:I simply listed the books from which I've absorbed many key knowledge.
