| In the early Mongolian nationality, it has sprouted a thought that was called "ER YE". It has played an important role in the huge Mongolian period. At that time, as a thought of social stability and cohesion of the people, it is beneficial to the relationship of the Mongolian family, the tribe and the lots of counties each other. It become more and more enriches and perfectly with the pace of history. Based on previous research results, the author has made system researches to the thought of"ER YE", and explored the origin of the political, economic, cultural and other reasons of it. Moreover, the author reveals it urgency and inevitability role as a guiding ideology. This article does the preliminary study to the word "ER YE" and think that the "ER YE" is not only a necessary prerequisite for the entire nationality's cohesive force and Stable social life , but also adjusting Social various aspects contradictions. The "ER YE" has developed from the first family members' harmony to the living together between the tribes and nation, the peaceful co-existence between countries, eventually become a major unifying thinking of all the people of Mongolia and played a different role in the different stages of Mongolia development period. In this article the author's view is that the "ER YE" is already from the initial solution of contradictions between the family members to gradually evolved into the " YE GE ER YE" of adjusting affairs between tribes and states ,subsequently widely applied to the handling of the relations between states.Thus, the"ER YE" has not only played a key role for the establishment and consolidation of the Mongolian, but also has a very great significance for us to build socialism "harmonious society". Under the context of globalization, the "ER YE" has a profound theoretical and practical significance for us to seize opportunities and meet challenges, to strengthen international exchanges and cooperation and developing countries and nations.
