The relation between conscience and knowledge has already existed since Mencius proposes conscience and intuitive ability. The integration of Morality and Skill which bring forward by "The Doctrine of the mean" is a kind of explanation and how to deal with to this problem. People's intrinsic moral cultiration and extrinsic knowledge has been raised to theory dimension since "knowledge of hearing and seeing" and "knowledge of virtue" has been accepted by Zhang hengqu in Beisong Though Zhang Hengqu has proposed two kinds of forms "known" and could not explain them well. He has emphasized entity of "knowledge of virtue" and independence but described the identity scarcely. The debate about the integration of Morality and Skill which come from Zhu xi and Lu jiuyuan is a promotion and expansion of this question. They have spread out arguing on the order about knowledge and the morality. They can not reach unified understanding because theoretical foundation and shutting the difference of systems."Conscience" has been reflected after recommending energetically by Wang Yangming really, meanwhile, the relation between conscience and knowledge is a problem that Wang YangMing had to face naturally. Wang YangMing stood in the height of the morals noumenon and set out from the ethical reason, having priority principle to analyze the relation between conscience and knowledge. Also he gave consideration to the importance of knowledge, when he raised morals noumenon. "Conscience is not produced through knowledge but conscience is due to the knowledge too" Wang YangMing's view and position about differentiating and analyzing between conscience and knowledge can be summarized out in this sentence. Luo Qinshun as successor of theory Zhu Xi could not understand and accept this view and position, thus initiated the contention among Luo Qinshun, Wang YangMing and his students. The debate did not reach consensus because of the difference of thinking mode of body and function and the different understanding and comments of conscience.The divergences about the relation between conscience and knowledge still existed in the Yangming School, because they have different cognizance about "conscience" and different thinking modes. This phenomenon is shown mainly between "Guiji School" which take Nie Shuangjiang as representative and the other Yangming scholar such as OuYang-Nanye and Wang Longxi and so on.This text discusses this question and regards differentiating and analyzing between conscience and knowledge of Nce-confucianism as the range and analyzed the internal basis about why conscience being called "good" system, combining the difference between the monism thinking pattern and the dualistic thought pattern of thinking mode of body and function. we analyzing the root of these arguments and carding the beginning, development, climax and their trend debating of it.This text tried to reveal the contradiction and unity between moral reason and instrument reason on the base of discussing of conscience and knowledge. This is not only an academic study but also a task of day which have realistic significance. How to face and resolve the relation of conscience and knowledge have great significance to social development and human progress. Today, material civilization is highly developed, science and technology is the first inscribe productivity but spirital-home is blasted. What location does belong to morality reason? How to control the instrument reason to make it serve human being life better? This is a task of day, we have to rethink and pay attention to it importantly.
