The Friction Between Confucian Political Moral And Extreme Monarchy

Yang Mingshi, whose name was also called bin shi, was born in Jiang Yin of Jiang Nan. He was an officer in Kang Xi , Yong Zheng and Qian Long time of the Qing Dynasty, and was an important minister, famous espert on Li Xue, student of Li Guangdi, who was a famous Li Xue minister. Yang Mingshi was regarded highly in Kang Xi and Qian Long time. Emperor Kang Xi has ever praised him as"good officer", emperor Qian Long thought him"moral correctitude". But in Yong Zheng time, he has ever indicted and dismissed, nearly got killed. However, what's the reason that made Yang Mingshi suffer the shock in Yong Zheng time? This thesis will try to interpret the deep administrative level reason that why emperor Yong Zheng started the case on the view of the friction of confucian political moral and extreme monarchy.There are four parts in the thesis: The first part, Yang Mingshi and the beginning and ending of the case. It will mostly introduce Yang Mingshi's experience as an officer in Kang Xi and Qian Long time, and tell the result of the case simply in order to educe the following text. The second part, the change of emperor Yong Zheng's attitude that toward Yang Mingshi and the their friction. Analyse the change of emperor Yong Zheng's attitude that toward Yang Mingshi by introducing their friction, in order to get the direct reason which led Yang Mingshi's crime. The third part, the analysis to the malice by which emperor Yong Zheng started the case. Emperor Yong Zheng incited Li Wei to write an anonymity memorial to the throne to indict Yang Mingshi, but what Li Wei said were nearly all wrong and emperor Yong Zheng didn't go behind Li Wei and Gao Qizhuo who also dragged in the case. To prove emperor Yong Zheng's malice by analyzing these situation. The last part, the inevitability of this case, the friction of confucian political morals and extreme monarchy. To get the inevitability and the deep administrative level reason of this case by analyzing , summarizing and relating Li Fu and Wei Tingzhen case which were similar to Yang Mingshi case.
