Humanism was an ordinary but a fresh topic which had kinds of implications from different view.However, it povideded scholars with a platform to express their attention and thought to society and life, it was the cohesion of "human is human" and ambition to the true, good and the beauty of the learned man.There were many works and views on humanism after the disussion happened in 1990s which made the echo of it winds around. The main body of my paper were the review and introspection on some topics discussed that very years ,which was enlightened by the warm and sincere human care of predecessors.It was well known that there was little phenomenon of intellectuals had gone out the study to give words on certain issues since the found of our nation,which was the very reason why that discussion was precious and valued to give deeply think. This paper focused on the confusion effected by the turn of the society, the inborned conscience and introspection of theintellectuals to analyze the course and the time background of the discussion.Facing kinds of literature which favors with the mass population,facing the low spirit of humane academic field and the anxious mind condition of scholar,facing the withering of the value rationality and the suddenly inflation of tool rationality, deteriorataton of the environment,indifferent of human being…Puzzled to these condition,the learned man engaged in introsepction at the same time.They believed that it was their duty to undertake and make any for the society, it was difficult to run away the responsibility.For those reasons, the discussion on humanism had been on the stage.The discussion carried on by the form of conversation which full of enthusiasm but preventing the discussion going to profound,therefore, the second part of my paper attempted to look back on these issues in details. Elaberating the definition of humanism was the first thing. The artical summarized sorts of views on humanism and researched the origin of humanism textually to make a conclusion that humanism manifested the humane spirit of human is human,which considered that the goodness which betterened the culture spirit of human nature was the core meaning, at he same time, which paid attention to the characteristic of human is human like,rationality, dignity,kindness,freedom and so on .In the second part,the specific performance,form and nature of humanism crisis were analysised and demonstrated . Those showed as the crisis of iterature and lintellectual's spirit and the growing of mass culture. With some famous poets commited suicide like Bei Dao,Gu Cheng and Hai Zi, 1990s was named as the time of poem dead and a sound of'the literature has died"was given in succession.Nietzsche said: "God was dead".Foulques declared: "Human was dead. "Not only was literature in crunch , the cultural circles even to the whole world was covered with dark clouds.Consequently, the truth of humanism crisis was the crisis and demeaning of human nature, the growth of evil, the recession of goodness and the rise of substance enjoyment submerged the character of literature. However, the whole background of industry and commerce was only an external cause.The third part expounded the significance of the discusion on humanism,furthermore,it was also the prospect of the sense of vital humanism.The significance of the humanism displayed the governance, balance and surpassing as human nature matches animal nature, goodness matches wickedness,love matches desire,free will matches living will and so on.The conclusion part explained the everlasting humanism existed in the human nature of pursuing the true,good,and beauty.
