Zhong Zhou Quan Yun, being characterized of Bei Qu styles and composed by Fan Shanzhen in Ming dynasty is one metrical work of the series of Zhong Yuan Yin Yun and has a similar form with Zhong Yuan Yin Yun. Zhong Zhou Quan Yun includes together 21 Sheng Mu and 45Yun Mu with 5 tunes, namely level tune(negative or possitive) rising tune and falling tune(negative or possitive), but without Ru Sheng. It offers, acting as an important linguistic documentary, much valuable material for the research of Bei Qu metrical works However, the present scholars only pay attention to some documents and give a little discussion to the problems about Zhong Zhou Quan Yun. So with the use of internal dialectic and other means, my thesis, made of 6 chapters, is going to make a detail research as regard to this great work in order to arouse much attention and lay a solid foundation for future study.Chapter 1 IntroductionThere are four parts in this chapter. Part 1 indicates who is the author and when it is composed. Part 2 analyses the edition and form of Zhong Zhou Quan Yun and give general idea about this work. Part 3 suggests doing a systematic research towards this work by introducing the present study, the value and its insufficiency. Part4 states the ideas and ways about how to the research Zhong Zhou Quan Yun.Chapter 2 the Sheng Mu System of Zhong Zhou Quan YunThis chapter consists of 6 parts. Part 1is about the non-vibration of sonants including plosives fricatives affticatives. Part 2 tells the change of Yi Mu Zi containing the combination of Yi Mu Zi with Ying Yun Yi Mu Zi and the mixture of Yi Mu Zi with Niang Jian Xia Zi as well as some independent rhymes. Part 3 is on the combination of Zhi Zhang Zhuang Zu Zi being shown by the combination of Zhang Zu Zi with Zhuang Zu Zi, of Zhi Er Zu Zi with Zhuang Zu Zi, the partial combination of Zhi Zhang Zhuang Zu Zi the combination of Zhi San Zu Zi with Jing Zu Zi the mixture of Zhuang Zu ZI with Jing Zu ZI. Part 4 discusses the separation of labials explaining the combination of Fei Fu Feng Mu Zi and the independence of Wei Mu Zi. The table of Sheng Mu and the summary about it are seen in the last two parts.Chapter 3 The Yun Bu system of Zhong Zhou Quan YunThis chapter discusses the 19 Yun Bu by using internal dialectic together with Fan Qie Xi Lian and Fan Qie comparion in the further study. Then summarize the Sheng Mu system, specify the 45 Sheng Mu and list the table of those Sheng Mu. In the end of this chapter , the reason is listed why the Sheng Mu system of Zhong Zhou Quan Yun is more simple in comparion with the one of Guan Yun.Chapter 4 The Tune System of Zhong Zhou Quan YunPart 1 is bout Ping Fen Yin Yang which is the same as the division of Zhong Yuan Yin Yun. Part 2 is on Qu Fen Yin Yang an outstanding feature of Zhong Zhou Quan Yun have close relation with Nan Qu. Part 3 states Zhuo Shang Gui indicating the sonant with rising tune in Zhong Zhou Quan Yun have taken the falling one. Part 4 discusses Ru Pai San Sheng where the difference lies between Zhong Zhou Quan Yuan and Zhong Yuan Yin Yun.Chapter 5 the basis of sound system of Zhong Zhou Quan YuanThe basis is going to be discussed from two aspects, the clarification of the word " Zhong Zhou" and the content of this work including Sound metrical and tunes. The discussion ends with the conclusion that the basis of Zhong Zhou Quan Yuan is similar to that of Zhong Yuan Yin Yun and that on this basis, the sound of metrical works shows obvious Nan Yin tendency.Chapter 6 ConclusionThis chapter mainly discusses the relationship among a series of metrical works and tries to find out the regularity that the series of metrical works pass down from North to South and gradually get closer with literators becoming more and more complicate and loosing its vigor. |
