During the 19th century, the Russian writer Dostoyevsky discussed crime, penalty and redeems, and so on, in his novels with massive lengths. His thinking and inquisition which are profound and broad have set up a new literature tradition for the Russian literature. The influence of this tradition is profound, after in particular World War I, World War II and The Concentration Camp Event, and far broadcasts throughout the world. In the middle of this tidal current, Chinese writers also receive its influence day after day. Particularly after The Great Cultural Revolution, those Chinese writers who experience and deeply taste that morality perished and was subverted during the period of the Great Cultural Revolution, comprehend the artistic charm of the Dostoyevsky's works, Tie Ning is one of these peoples. She once says frankly that Dostoyevsky influences her creations. I write the article in order to display the similarities and differences between the creations of them by comparative analysis. The paper is approximately divided into three parts. First part: Tossing between good and evil: God coexists with Satan. This part inspects personages respectively in their novels, such as Lasikeernikefu, Siweidelijiayiluofu, Su Mei, Si Yiwen, Tang Fei, Doctor Tang and Fang Jing, in order to represent performance characteristics of kind and evil. Second part: Restructuring mind tranquility: Seeking the mind garden. This part mainly analyzes the characters'psychology transformation which originates from crime in Dostoyevsky's and Tie Ning's works. Third part: The history proposes a piece of warning: Moral should be concerned. This part mainly analyzes Dostoyevsky's works'prospectivity and expounds the value and the significance that his literature status unceasingly improves. Tie Ning's novels have reconsidering character. She ponders ethics question which exposes to the Great Cultural Revolution. This paper also expounds the social practical significance of introducing the questions about crime,moral and Christianity believes to the Chinese literature.
