Violent crimes are very harmful to the society, which seriously threaten people's life and property security. Therefore, the study of violent crime is very necessary.Recently, the researches on the relationship between moral judgment and crime are increasing.Although exising researches have been conducted on the relationship between moral judgments and violent crimes, these studies are based on whether the moral reasoning of criminals is retarded or not,and the results are obtained by using the questionnaires or scales.Because of the social sensitivity of violent crime, implicit methods are needed to explore the relationship of these. In the past, the IAT paradigm has been used in the study of the implicit violence attitudes of violent offenders. However, there are some problems in the researches on the implicit violence attitudes of violent criminals. At the same time, the paradigm also has some defects. Therefore, based on the existing research, this study further discusses the implicit moral judgment of the violent criminal in a variety of ways. The IAT paradigm is used to explore the implicit moral attitudes of violent and non-violent offenders on violent words by presenting different attribute words and concept words. The results show that there is a significant IAT reversal effect in the group of violent offenders, while the non-violent group is not found to be reversed, and the IAT effect of the two groups is found to be significantly different. The IAT effect is not significantly different between the primary and reoffending groups. There is no significant IAT reversal effect in reactive aggression group, and there is a significant IAT reversal effect in the proactive aggression group, and there are significant differences between the two groups of IAT effects.Experiment 2 uses the AMP paradigm, using violent images and non-violent images as the priming pictures to discuss the evaluation of the emotional potency and semantic judgment of the target words of violent and non-violent offenders. The results show that in the semantic classification task, there is a significant effect of interaction between the priming image type and the subject type for violent and non-violent groups. That is to say that under the type of violent images, the proportion of moral judgment of violent offenders is significantly higher than that of non-violent offenders, which showes that, compared with non-violent offenders, violent offendersthink that violence is moral. In the evaluation task, there is a very significant effect of interaction between the priming image type and the subject type for violent and non-violent groups. That is to say that under the type of violent images, violent offenders scored significantly higher than non-violent offenders, which showes that, compared with non-violent,violent offenders think that violence is pleasant. In the semantic classification task and evaluation task, there is no significant difference between the primary and reoffending offenders. In the semantic classification task, the difference between reactive aggression and proactive aggression groups is not significant. But in the evaluation task, there is a significant effect of interaction between the priming image type and the subject type for the two groups, which indicates that under the type of violent images, the pleasant score of proactive aggression group is significantly higher than that of reactive aggression group. That is to say that compared with reactive aggression offenders, proactive aggression offenders think that violence is pleasant.Based on the above two experiments, the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Compared with non-violent offenders, violent offenders perceive violence as moral in cognition;Compared with non-violent offenders, violent offenders are emotionally aware that violence is pleasant.2.Reactive and proactive aggression offenders may perceive violence as moral in cognition;Compared with reactive aggression offenders, proactive aggression offenders may be emotionally aware that violence is pleasant.3.There is no significant difference in the implicit effect between the primary and reoffending offenders.
