| Chenshou narrated"Chronicles of Three Kingdoms"too briefly, therefore, at the Liu-Song dynasty, Peisongzhi made notes of"Chronicles of Three Kingdoms"with the order of his king. He collected the historical anecdotes, and picked up losed notes". The books that he had used were approximately 245 kinds, among of the bookes, the Bie-Zhuan were about 33 kinds. The Bie-Zhuan was one kind of the Za-Zhuan, which probably emerged at the end of the Han dynasty,and prevailed at Wei-Jin times. At Wei-Jin times, Bie-Zhuan had many kinds, and its content is rich, but it had been losed seriously. The Pei's Bie-Zhuan were not too many, but which had been saved had integrated content. The Pei's Bie-Zhuan had great value on history, literature and biography literature, so which deserved studying thoroughly.Apart from preface and addendum, this paper is divided into three parts.The first part outlined Pei's notes. Firstly, this thesis introduced the biography of Peisongzhi, then made clear of the Pei's note from"make-up,stand-by,rectify,statement".The second part discussed the Bie-Zhuan of Pei's note, that mainly about the entry and author of the Pei'note in"Chronicles of Three Kingdoms"According to the Bie-Zhuan definition of this article, the Bie-Zhuan of Pei's note in"Chronicles of Three Kingdoms"were 33 kinds. Then the author of the Bie-Zhuan could be confirmed to nine people.The third part analyzed the artistic characteristic and the value of the Bie-Zhuan of Pei's note. The Pei's note directs the artistic characteristic of Bie-Zhuan, namely, the first is the character describes the individuality; the second, materials come from life and legend; the third is sentimental in person describe .The value of Bie-Zhuan of Pei'note were bridge from the history to the literature, and enriching the Wei-Jin literary arena. The Bie-Zhuan of Pei's note had great value of the historical data study. Pei's notes preserved massive precious historical material, which made up the material of host biography.
