Technological Innovation And Cultural Creativity In The Process Of Industrial Innovation

At present, the domestic scholars' theoretical studies on cultural and creative mostly concentrated in the relationship between creative industry and clusters, creative industry and ecological groups of enterprises, and other fields; then the practical research mostly concentrates in comparative analyses on the development of creative industry between those metropolis, such as Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Guangzhou.The domestic scholar thought the function of cultural creativity mainly concentrated in its impetus effects on the economical growth and the employment as a whole industry, but has neglected its transforming effects and stimulating impetus effects on related industries.It should be said that the latter effects are the main aspects of cultural creativity's economical function. In this area, the author believed that, the author believed that, the cultural creativity should place on a par to the industrial innovation vital significance with the technological innovation.The first part is the introduction to this paper. In this part, the author mainly introduced the present situation of domestic and foreign scholars' research on the cultural creativity and the industrial innovation, and the purpose, significance and methods of this research.Part II is the review of technological innovation, cultural creativity and industrial innovation. In this part, the three important concepts were clearly defined and the correlation theories which are used in this paper were introduced.The part III has analyzed the difference and the relation between technological innovation and the cultural creativity, as well as the intrinsic logic and dialectical relations between those three kinds of innovation.Part IV is an application of value chain and the industrial chain theory. On the analysis of Beijing plastics recycling industry, this part has studied the technological innovation's function and the mechanism in the industrial innovation process. Part V is the other application of value chain and the industrial chain theory. On the analysis of Green Design in Furniture Industry, this part has studied the cultural creativity's function and the mechanism in the industrial innovation process.Part VI is the conclusion of the Paper. On the base of Part V, Part VI has put forward several policy proposals of how to promote technological innovation and the cultural creativity play a greater role in the industrial innovation process.
