This paper is fixed attention on the network information pollution phenomena from the perspective of ethics. Chapter One generalizes network information pollution phenomena, and analyzes contaminative source, including network itself, perplexity of the traditional ethics and law, and the subjective source, etc. Particularly to the subjective source it proceeds the creative consideration. The free degree of persons'behavior in the cyberspace increases greatly, but the freedom is not infinite. The behavior subjects also need to undertake the homologous obligation. It is difficult to define the obligation and right in the cyberspace because of the characteristics of the cyberspace. So Chapter Two emphasizes to analyzes the network information right and information obligation, and points out what one "can do" in technique is unequal to what one "should do" in ethics. From the two aspects of heteronomy and self-control,Chapter Three studys how to deal with the network information pollution phenomena. The cyberspace refers to the moral self-control because of its characteristics, but this kind of self-control needs a procession, especially on its early stage, it still needs the heteronomy mechanism to support. It needs the organic combination of the heteronomy and self-control. Chapter Four puts forward some network ethics. The individual can make a moral judgment of what is right and what is wrong with the help of instruction of the ethics principles. Cyberspace is virtual and emphasizes freedom, and it is different from our tradition society, but it is not a mirage. It roots in our society. The establishment of the network ethics principles can't get away from the traditional social ethics principles. So according to the traditional social ethics principles, and combining the characteristics of the cyberspace, this article puts forward the network ethics principles to offer guides for the network behavior.
