Research On Management Of Histric Districts Baced On Analysis Of User Behavior

China is now in a period of unprecedented developement and variation. The improvement of economy,the change of conception,and the conflict between external culture and internal culture,all of these bring out some new energy,also some bewilderment which we never come across. In this time,the histric districts are being renovated,which indictes a better future. In this process,the variance of city is the most obviously being felt. In other words,the variance of city is the change of people's behavior in histric districts,which contain the use of native and exotic tourists.This survey applied lots of analysis methods,summarizes the character,function of histric districts and the factors which influence behavior on the basis of analyzing the behavior of users in histric districts. The inside factor includes age,sex,occupation,educational background,income and mentality characteristic etc,external factors includes the economic pattern,construction of urban infrastructure,the facilities lying fallow and factors such as product,ecological environment and culture.Then,based on studying the management of histric districts in the process of city tourism developement,this paper brings forward the management content on the users' behavior. Ther are function subarea,the expansion of public space, the improvement of traffic congestion,the betterment of environment equality by restricting the behavior of users,the public participant in the management of histric districts and the referrence for its developement and management.Meanwhile,taking Shicha Lake Area as an axample,Have suggested that planning traffic rationally,making rubbings from common space of exhibition,improving corp. who alerts that environmental quality,the public participation,prolong visitor sojourn time, structure rational administration of high-effect,form tour estate and so on manages tactics. This paper gives a new orientation for it by researching on the users' status and cultural character. What's more,this survey makes contribution for the research on the culture of histric districts in the city center of Beijing.
