The learning styles are the behaviors of the learning subjects' personal characteristics in learning activities. The study mainly focuses on different learning styles of the two types of students. As the angle of the research is different, the research results are different. The study is mainly based on Personal Characteristics, FI and FD Theory and etc. to research Senior Grade Two students' different learning styles in the multi-national area in Qinghai Province, China and it mainly discusses the two types of students' different forms of expression in physiology, psychology and society, the reason and implication on language teaching. The study adopted the survey method. The research subjects are 30 Senior Grade Two students. The research results are below:1)Seen from the aspect of psychology: A, many extroverted students behaved as impulsive style, their speed to answer questions is quick and the mistaken rate is high, but many introverted students have obvious reflective style, the speed to answer questions is slow and their correct rate is high. B, the feelings of many extroverted students changed quickly and easily exposed, while many introverted students look steady and taciturn and do not expose. C, the achievement motivation of the extroverted students is lower than that of the introverted students. D, all the subjects are the FD learners in class, the anxiety degree seemed very complicated.2) Seen from the aspect of physiology, most extroverted students like to read English in bright environment and speak English in a loud voice, but introverted students preferred to read English in a quiet environment and speak English in a low voice.3) Seen from the aspect of society: extroverted students like to cooperate with other students, while many introverted students preferred to learn alone. In addition, an obvious characteristic of the testing results in the two tests is that the ranges of the two tests are too large. After analyzing the above results, the following tentative conclusions are reached: A, students in the same grade should be taught in stratified strata, and some students could step into other classes to learn, and administer students in a mobile way once each term. B, to impulsive students, when asking them to pay attention to the speed to solve problems, we should remind them of going over more and thinking over more. These students should follow teachers' explanation until they completely grasp knowledge, set up practical learning plan and carry it out carefully. While those introverted students should raise the speed to answer questions, speak out their ideas as soon as possible, communicate with teachers and other students and keep the good habit of setting up learning plan.C, extroverted students should have a "mistaken notebook", while introverted students should pay attention to the focuses to learn consciously, unload "idea burden", to set up confidence, they should also set up a "mistaken notebook".D, we should create excellent learning environment and meet different demands.E, to those high anxiety students, we could adopt teaching approach and testing types with light pressure, while to those low anxiety ones, we could adopt teaching approach and testing types with high pressure. The paper consists of six parts. The first part introduces the research questions, necessity, basic instruments and research subjects. In the second part, based on the review of the previous relevant studies, tasks of the research are stated. The third part is the theoretical framework of the study, the relations among these theories and to have them as the basis of the theoretical foundation. The fourth part presents the design of the survey in the study, including reason, instruments, subjects, and process and results. In the fifth part, reasons lying behind the survey results are explored, and the implication of the conclusions on language teaching are related. In the last part, conclusions are summarized briefly.
