In recent years, many events about disdain life in campus have happened. There must be research on university students' death attitudes and life education in order to heighten the level of students' psychological health.Based on reviewing the study of death attitudes and life education in foreign countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan, make sense of the college students' death attitudes and the levels of acceptance involving life education's needs, content and effects, and attain the idea of how the variables, including individual factors such as the gender of college students, majors, the health status of their parents' and their own, parents' nurturing attitudes, the place in the family, family's dwelling area, religious belief etc, and the experiences of being open to death, exerting influences upon death attitudes, life education's needs, content and effects. Finally put forward educational proposals with the foundation of empirical study.Collect the data through questionnaire and use the t-test or analysis of variance of a variety of variables, death attitudes, life education's needs, content and effects. Deal with all the data with SPSS 11.5.As for the levels of acceptance, there exists a hierarchy. The highest one is Neutral Acceptance. The second one is Death Escape and Fear of Death, and the lowest one is Escape Acceptance and Escape Acceptance. There are a few factors involving gender, the status of their own health, the place in their families, place of residence, the situation while their families' talking about the death, whether they have seen the patients or not, which have impacts on college students' death attitudes. The lack of life education curriculum is obvious and the course that is partly related to the death has little influence on death attitudes. However, it can facilitate the college students to make a further consideration. In general, the needs of life education, the acceptance of content, effect of expect are in high degree. Particularly, the college students who have attended the courses that are related to death are in great demands of life education. The college students who live in the family in which talking about the death is very open are also in great demands of life education.
