According to the factual problems faced to college students' time management disposition and the deficiency of past researches, this paper made an examination on college students' time management disposition and mental health, using the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 on college students, in order to investigate the relationship between college students' time management disposition and mental health.Randomly adopted 550 students from 3 colleges, and get 520 available subjects. We can find that: time control score of non-only child was significantly higher than that of only child; from city or from rural area can influence time value of college students, the anxious level of female college students is higher than that of male college students; the difference of mental health between high time management disposition group and low time management disposition group was significant; the difference of time value, time efficacy and total points between health group and problem group was significant; college students' time management disposition of college students had negative correlation to their mental health except that time value hadn't significant correlation to obsessive-compulsive; time control and time efficacy, and time management disposition effect college students' mental health in certain degree.
