This paper selected Korean students as the object of research and Chinese modal particle ' Ma, Ne, Ba, A' which are used at the end of sentences as the studying contents, the paper investigated and studied Korean students' acquisition of Chinese modal particle by corpus and questionnaire. As the result, we found that there were both gain and loss in Korean students' acquisition of Chinese modal particle, they felt strange to some usage, meanwhile the rate of using and correctness were also very low.Through the analysis and comparison of Chinese textbooks and the related grammatical category in Chinese and Korean, we found out some reasons for such a situation that the number of certain usage of Chinese modal particle in present Chinese textbooks is not enough, the part which can be built up corresponding relations between Chinese modal particle and Korean termination is well grasped , on the other hand the part which can' t be built up such relations is not grasped so well. Finally this paper made some suggestions for Chinese textbook design and classroom teaching, it is advocated that increasing the number of certain usage of Chinese modal particle when designing a textbook, making the target of teaching clear and combining the single exercises with general one in exercises designing. Translating Korean sentences into Chinese with using Chinese modal particle as much as possible in classroom teaching, so that build up relations between Korean termination and Chinese modal particle. These suggestions are not only useful to the Chinese modal particle teaching for Korean students, but also helpful and referenced to students from other country.
