In recent 40 years many scholars intended to modelize the translation process, which reflected some important aspects of translation process in a relatively precise way on the basis of certain scientific pattern. The purpose of the thesis is to construct an integrated model; and the model can reflect the most important aspects of the translation process. Bearing this purpose in mind, the author categorizes these models into three types: basic models; macrolingual models; and microlingual models. The typical models of them are from Honig and Kussmaul's (1991), Nida and Taber' (1969), Diller and Kornelius' (Lorscher, 1991), Bell's (Bell, 1991) and Fauconnier's (Wang Bin, 2004) etc.The study of legal texts translation is the focus of many scholars. Legal English is a specialized language, and time concept in legal texts, as a part of legal English, though important, did not attract enough attention of translators. The author generalizes the main features of time concept in legal texts by reading and analyzing translation of time concept in bilingual legal texts, which can be categorized as: definite or fuzzy; explicit or uncertain; existent or non-existent.
