Xin'an rationalism is an important branch of Zhuxi's Philosophy, to spread in Huizhou (named Xin'an far back in history) for the most part. The sect of Xin'an rationalism played an important role in the development of Chinese Philosophy and learning after 12th century, which had formed in Song Dynasty, developed in Yuan Dynasty, flourished in the early period of Ming Dynasty and finished up in medium term of Qing Dynasty. This paper used five parts to investigate the basic features,the characteristics,the position in the history of Xin'an rationalism,the influence to the Huizhou community of Xin'an rationalism in Yuan Dynasty separately, gave a study on Chenyue as a case who is an important Xin'an rationalist at that time finally, in order to reveal the development condition and the character of times, as well as the locally view of Xin'an rationalism of Yuan Dynasty and then.Xin'an rationalism flourished rapidly in the Yuan Dynasty. The many studiers of Xin'an rationalism had abundant publish works and reached high academic achievements. Researchers of Xin'an rationalism could be divided into 2 categories based on their different study range and subject, renowned for either their width or depth in the study. The individual Xin'an rationalists usually had their focus and concentration in particular section, attached importance to the subject origin which make Xin'an rationalism study possess regional specialty to some degree.
