On the basis of previous study result, to consult the view, opinion and discussion method from experts and scholars, This article wants to comb, review and summarize the condition of practical application and theoretical research of practical writing pattern since entering information age. Based on several practical writing instances, the article wants to combine reality, to use writing basic principle as guidance, analyses practical writing, especially some daily official document at present with Marxist philosophy, summarize several structure laws of several styles, set up their basic scientific writing pattern, make it give play to due practice value. On the basis of above-mentioned research, the article probe into the inherent principle of the practical writing pattern of Chinese applied article theoretically in focal point. Why can we summarize such routine modes even, do they have any inherent basis? To analyses in depth and sum up the necessity and certainty of pattern from writing principle and thinking principle. Finally, to point out and predict that it is a kind of inevitable choice in information age that the Chinese practical writing be patterned, following the appearance of computer and Internet, it is a kind of new pattern which is different from old pattern in the past. This kind of pattern should combine with computer, so it take the distinct characteristic of the time, according to this, patterning the regulation is not merely inherent characteristic of practical writing style of modern Chinese practical writing, it is the result of information age.
