Practical writing is increasingly important course in Profession and Technology College, it's also critical for students, what's more important, it's one of characteristics of skilled person with high quality of humane. However, the case is that the department leaders don't pay attention to it, the students don't want to study it and the teachers are not willing to instruct it. In fact, it's not helpful to improve students'ability, it's not good for them to get a job and propel it, the worst of all, it will affect their personality. Therefore, the correspondent parties should be attentive to it, and take precautions as soon as possible.
