The Christianity mission in modern China was another important culture communication and clash between western and China since the Catholic mission in late Ming and Early Qing dynasty. This time, the Christianity mission in China had a profound influence on both Chinese and western social, and became a hot issue to be studied by later scholar. The mission form is very important in studying the mission history , so this article focuses the research object on the form of the Christianity mission in modern China. Using analysis and contrast methods , the article inspect the reason of the two different mission form' s coming into being and the process of it change. Discuss the feature, outcome and influence of the two different mission form.The article can be divided into five parts:The first part review the Christianity mission in Tang, Yuan, Last Ming and Early Qing and modern China briefly.The second part recount the process of Christianity' s develop in modern China in three stage.This two part made preparation for the main body of the article.The third part discussed the form of Christianity mission in China before the late nineteenth century. And consider it is a form of whole-replace. Analyzed the reason why it taken shape was baffled, the express and the mission outcome of it.The fourth part discussed the changing process of the Christianity' s mission form from whole-replace to maro-view reforms in China. This part also discusses the reason it changed, the express and the outcome of mission form of maro-view reforms overall.The fifth part compared the two different mission form, and summarize the feature of them. Analyzed the deep influence that the two different mission form bring to the society of modern China comprehensively.
