This thesis is to open out his litertary creation and essence of asethetic thought about "tragic beauty" from three aspects :text presentation of "tragic beauty", aesthetic thought of "tragic beauty" and unconscious origin of "tragic beauty". The content of text is as follows:One, text presentation of "tragic beauty": first ,the natural description about "tragic beauty" .In spite of background of nature ,and subjectivity of nature, Yasunari always is intent on describing it ,understanting it and grasping it with all his feelings, which endow nature with rich emotion and rich "tragic beauty" .Second: "tragic beauty" about female description. In Yasunari's writings, they include two kinds of female images: adolescent girls and womanhoons. they set out the unique charm of Japanese females in terms of their beautiful appearance or their sincere and honest character or their unfortunate and miserable fate. Finally, beauty about death narrative, death is the common theme in Yasunari's works ,and it has no big pain ,by contraries, has calm and illusory beauty .Two, asethetic thought of "tragic beauty", to correspond to the description of nature is Yasunari inherited literary tradition of Japan about "Thing is bad";the back of both beautifully and sorrowly female description is awareness of "tragic beauty";and idea of" nihility" is the most explanation to death narrative and "death beauty".Three, unconscious origin of "tragic beauty": as to inspect the causes of "tragic beauty" from perspective of spiritual analysis ,they include individually unconsicous factor and collectively unconsicous even cosmically unconsicous factor .Apperception to " cosmic unconsicousness" cause the writer to merge a lonely, short and small selfhood into a wast, eternal and cosmic realm. Yasunari bequenthed us not only the literary world about "tragic beauty"but also grasp of fundamental human life and the ultimate concerns. |
