Chinese musical conservatory is another important milestone in the Chinese history of literature after "Poetry" & "Chu elegies". With its unique historical status, it has become the focal point and key by all former dynasties scholars' research. All predecessors only pay great attention to folk songs research generally, but aristocratic musical conservatory part then has not given to take, even receives the desolation which should not have. The Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory is also an indispensable constituent of Chinese musical conservatory in the Han Dynasty poetry treasure house in our country. Without it, it is incomplete. Predecessors' research regarding this simply does not involve, or evades the important questions for the easy, or just scratches the surface, does not treat seriously either. Therefore, this thesis has conducted the research on the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory from the literature, specially from non- traditional literature angles such as the cultural science, the religious study and so on.This thesis divides into three parts: the introduction, the main text and the conclusion.Introduction part, this thesis mainly elaborated the Han Dynasty musical conservatory research course in recent centuries, proposed the necessity & importance of the research on the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory and rearranged the limits and classification to the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory, thought the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory includes not only" In An Shi fang Songs", "Suburb Offers sacrifice to Songs" and " Nao Songs" said by Mr. Xiao Difei , but also other kinds of musical conservatory which the aristocrat creates in other categories, namely the musical conservatory which the Han Dynasty aristocrat uses. They are about the ancestral temple, aristocrat's sacrificial offering, the happy feast, the royal tour, You Lie and so on .All these refined language songs with dance and music are research objects of this thesis, which has made the upholstery and the transition for the research as follows.The main text partially divides into three chapters. First chapter has mainly carriedon testing theory on the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory's related questions in the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory such as "In An Shi fang Songs", "Suburb Offered sacrifice to Songs", "Chinese Promotes Nao Songs" as well as musical conservatory created by aristocrats in "Musical conservatory Poetry anthology" in other categories. Second chapter elaborated the Han Dynasty aristocratic musical conservatory's culture spirit. It must have owned its deserved position in the history of literature.
