Talking About The Constructing Of The Two-ply Governing Structure Of The Song Dynasty From The Angle Of Nomocracy

The regime institutions in ancient China were so cursory under the governing pattern of centralism that the state could't predominate the grass roots society if only depend on the stratocracy of superstartum,because the grass roots society's area was very far-flung and the population was very enormous. The invisible government and the corporeal government constructed a two-ply governing structure full of characteristic together in ancient China,which has a vast territory,a large population, a very behindhand traffic and communication.The two-ply governing structure had been constructed authentically and preliminarily in the Song Dynasty, the construction of this two-ply governing structure was a systemic project,it was constructed through many approaches and the construction of the two-ply governing structure had brought far-reaching influence to the social reign after the Song Dynasty.
