In the view of economy, we can understand that our country is experiencing the transformation from planning economy system in to market economy system and during the transformation, the problem of moral abnormality appeared in the society.The text analyze systematically the present condition and reason of moral abnormality in the period of our society transformation, and put forward the guideline and concrete path for realizing moral restructure under the market economy condition in our country. Our country appeared the unbalance of economic development and the expandability of human desire. At the same time, these situations, the system is in short supply, and the diverse value is conflict and moral education is lag, which are more serious. Moral abnormality had been caused by above various factors mutually interweave and interaction. To strengthen the system guarantee of the moral construction, to enhance the compelling force of modern moral criterion and the function of society control, which resolve social question of ethics of essential path under the market economy condition. Synchronously, to build up the morals guarantee mechanism, also should cause the more extensive concern of society. However, the moral be a kind of informal system, the social public opinion are the important means of the moral evaluation, which affect profoundly the whole moral prevailing custom of society by praising good conduct and condemning immoral conduct.
