Method: In this research,400 children were drawn from 46 thousand preschool children(4 and 5 years) of five administrative areas in Daqing by the method of random digits table. Achenbach child behavior evaluation table was used. These children were divided into two groups of scattered living and kindergarten children. To scattered living children, tables were filled in by visiting their home; To kindergarden children, we required parents to come to the kindergarden together at the same time, elucidated how to fill in the table and parents filled by themselves. In this investigation,11 children's parents refused to be visited,9 children went out and were not at home.380 pieces of questionnaire were send out and 375 pieces were received, there were 366 pieces of effective questionnaire, accounting for 98.38 percent. The database was set up by Foxpro.5.0, and statistical analysis was processed by SPSS software package, including X2 method ,multiplicity analysis,and etc. Result and analysis Mean CBCL score: The mean CBCL score of 366 children(4~5 age) was 21.3±18.73.The mean score of boys and girls was 20.84±18.59 and 21.90±18.90 respectively. After variance was of homogeneity by T-test, T=0.543,P>0.05,there was no significant difference between them. The mean score of 4 years and 5 years children was 26.69±22.04 and 16.25±12.99 respectively. After variance was of un-homogeneity by T-test, F=5.5,P<0.01,there was extremely significant difference between them, and the score of 4 year-old child was higher than that of 5 years. The prevalence rate of behavior problem : Total prevalence rate of preschool children of 4~5 years was 12.02%, 95% confidence interval was:19.46~23.30. Prevalence rate of boys and girls was 12.84% and 11.12% respectively, and there was no significant difference(P <0.05). Prevalence rate of 4 years and 5 years children was 16.11% and 8.06% respectively, and 4 year-old children's prevalence rate was markedly higher than that of 5 year-old children.(P<0.05). Various factors prevalence rate of 4~5 years boy was different from 2.23%to 8.93%, the difference was very significant(X2=37.12,P<0.01),the highest incidence rate was aggressive factor, then was the violating discipline. Various factors'prevalence rate of girl was different from 2.13% to 9.62%, the difference was also very significant(X2=81.67,P<0.01),the highest incidence rate was aggressive factor, then is the cleavage. The comparison was made between boys and girls over six factors which 4~5 years boys and girls owned by both, there was no significant difference either(P>0.05). Conclusion In this article, behavior problem of 4~5 years children was investigated by A chembach child behavior measuring scale (parent questionaire), the results are as follow: Incidence rate of 4 years child behavior problem is significantly higher than that of 5 years children. There is no sexy difference over 4~5 years child behavior problem. There is no difference in behavior problem between only child and non-only child. One of important reason for child behavior problem is parent education means,attitude and expectation for their children. There is significant difference over Behavior problem between child of nursery and scattered living. Child behavior problems are relate to their parents'culture degree,occupation,mother's physical status and relation between parents. Child behavior problems are also related with their own diathesis. Children of well-social communication have low incidence rate of behavior problem. Preventive measure of child behavior problem. Pay attention to culture better feeling of young children. Reasonable life cycle. Rich and colorful life content can make infant in a happy mood.Rarmonious family life, nicer emotional demonstration and nurture attitude, make great progress in infant emotional development. Culturing advanced infant emotion by literature and art works. Help infant conquer bad emotion. Strengthen culturing infant's self-awareness. Adult's just evaluation is the example of infant.
