The Qing Dynasty poetics is the final link of the Chinese ancient poetics. Research workers seldom study it by means of reflecting, yet the people of Qing Dynasty establish their own poetics by reflecting the success and failure of the poetics of past dynasties. Generally speaking, it is mainly because Chinese people love reflecting and have come into this kind of ethnic culture, along which the Chinese learning, poetics as well has developed.There are special historical causes why the Qing Dynasty poetics shows so strong reflective colour. The changing from Ming Dynasty to Qing Dynasty causes the Han intellectuals who have ethnic consciousness to sum up the lesson of the downfall of Ming Dynasty with intense sorrow. They consider that learning degeneration is the important reason of the downfall of the Ming Dynasty. Poetics, as a kind of learning is the target which they begin to reflect. Moreover, they consider that the orthodoxy of Chinese ancient poetics is in danger of losing in the creation and theory, so to resume the FengYa they must reflect the phenomenon.Though the people of Qing Dynasty reflect the Chinese poetics from many aspects, the paper mainly studies the reflection of change and resumption because the question has close connection with the FengYa. The people of Qing Dynasty consider that resumption has great values because of the possibility of reviving the FengYa. But the poem writing of the people back to the ancients often stays in the same old groove, lacks of interest; furthermore, they simply praise the past and condemn the present, so it is easy to cut off the history of poem.
