Gradual Change And Reflection

This dissertation begins with the importance of animation images and the differences between animation and cartoon.The comic skills which include illusionism,deformation and collage were discussed on their influence over the creation of animation images.With reference to the culture around the world, the American animation was further analyzed on their ability to create their own unique style.In addition,the breaking free from traditional modelling method and its propellant of evolution of animation were discussed.This dissertation aims to create new animation images that would be fresh to audiences and take the opportunity to ponder on the limitation of creating Chinese images, thereby propose suggestions on the development of Chinese animation.
