Primary Construction Of Occupational Stress Questionnaire And Model Exploring

On the basis of document survey and critical event interview, this research regards enterprise staff in hunan as the research object, and constructs occupational stress questionnaire, studying through stress symptom, stressors and coping strategy of enterprise staff. This research does not only help the employees understand stress and implement tactics; but also help the organizations understand staffs stress, and provide the corresponding measures. It avoids the emergence of the accident and rising of the number of seconds, and improves enterprise's productivity. Under fully the eastern culture background, we construct occupational stress models on the basis of the structural equation model. It offers one auxiliary quantity for carrying on management in enterprises.The occupational stress questionnaire includes three parts: stress symptom, stressors and coping strategy. We introduce job satisfaction as an intermediary variable. There are 57 items with 4 factors, 6 factors, 3 factors and a factor. Through three times, we analyses the data with SPSS11.5 so that we construct models.
