Nowadays the Society is the important era that the new and high technology develops rapidly. Modern technology is influencing on the human civilization process deeply with its enormous historical strength and unimaginable tempo. In people's mode of production, life style and mode of thinking it has been changed because of this. However, modern technology is bringing a series of negative effects while promoting social progress and improving people's life. It is essential that we make the ethical examination of modern technology. It has important theoretical meaning and realistic meaning to study the ethical examination of modern technology.This essay regards basic concept of Marxism historical materialism as guidelines. It takes the methods that history combines with logic, and theory combines with practice. The author attempts to do overall and deep studying the ethical examination of modern technology, puts forward the basic ethics principle of adjusting and controlling modern technology. At first this essay attempts to discuss technology modern and its essence, has probe into the inherent ethical problem of technology, announces and analyses the necessity and the possibility to study the ethical examination of modern technology from existence and mission of ethics. Secondly, this essay has reviewed several kinds of different technological ethics in terms of history. On the basis of analyzing Chinese traditional technological ethics and the technological ethics concept in west modern times dialectically, the author has affirmed the science of the technological ethics of Marxism. Thirdly, This essay regards technological ethics of Marxism as guidelines and the author has put forward four basic ethics principles such as " basis on human" , "whole thought " , "respecting right" , "ecological harmony ".
