The existing study on four poets, mainly focus upon their dedication to frontier fortress poetry, seldom pay attention to the impact of Buddhism interest and Buddhism Philosophy upon their masterpieces, meantime these mentioned researchers fail to systematically and wholly rethink and grasp the essence of their works. In view of this, this thesis views four poets as a colony, combine they associate monk , exposed to fact of Buddhism ,seek their Buddhism interest and charm mainly, and analyse that pays attention to the impact on their poetry creation in Buddhism religious doctrine . It is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 The development of Buddhism and its influence upon the nobles and plebeian in Tang Dynasty. Buddhism developed rapidly in Tang Dynasty, and many sections were raised and the ideology of Buddhism came into maturity. The court frequently summoned famous Buddhists, and studied Buddhism, promoting its spread from the higher class to lower class. Its prosperity exerts deep influences upon the Tang poets, remolding their spiritual world. The four poets living in such a period had the chance to get to Buddhism.Chapter 2 Probes into the Buddhism interest and charm of Li Qi. Li Qi wrote fourteen poems describing the monks and temples, he frequently visited monks and perches in the temple. He familiar with two Buddhism sutras- Lengjia Jing (《楞伽 ç»ã€‹) and Fahua Jing (《法åŽç»ã€‹) . There are Taoism and Buddhism in his ideas. He seeks stillness and nothingness in his poem. Moreover, he wrote ten poems about Buddhism imagery, usually borrowing the images from Fahua Jing to express his ideas so as to gain perception of the Buddhism sutra.Chapter 3 Wang Changling's Buddhism interest and charm and poem realm analysis.
