Bum is the most common trauma both during the war and at peace time.Studying on bum cure,we find that early physical function and psychology rehabilitation is a very important new objective in the new century. The self-esteem and social adaptation ability is a very important index of psychology rehabilitation.Owning to the little research done on the self-esteem and social adaptation ability of early stage bum patients achievements in this field are relatively fragmentary.lt is weak in the theoretical research and lays particular stress on speculative exploration.The study that combines theoretical analysis and empirical method is still insufficient/There is poor study on the psychological intervention of the self-esteem and social adaptation ability of bum patients.In view of these problems,the target of this research was to analyze the character intervention of self-esteem and social adaptation ability of bum patients with the help of a designed pattern,which will be recensed according to the psychological intervention results.Following are our main research conclution:l.Burn patients with different severity have different self-esteem and social adaptation.The more severe the bum is the lower the patients' self-esteem and social adaptation ability is.2.Female burn patients have lower self-esteem and social adaptation ability than the male patients.3.Burn patients with different degree of education are different in self-esteem and social adaptation ability.4.With the past of time,the self-esteem and social adaptation ability will be improved.5. Psychological intervention can improve the burn patients'self-esteem and social adaptation ability.6. Psychological intervention on self-esteem and social adaptation ability is feasible and effective.
