Self-esteem is an important condition for mind healthy and individual exists. It is very popular in academic field, is contained into many theory model in personality and social psychology. Recently, self-esteem researchers in the world are going more deeper in this field, as behavior variable, relationships between self-esteem and self-handicapping, between self-esteem and aggressive, between self-esteem and interpersonal relationship etc. the interpersonal relationship problem in university students always is important, sociality blench is an important point in interpersonal relationship. Researchers began to pay more attention to explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem, and their active systems and their relationship. And their active systems in social blench.The first researches discuss the relationship between explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem. SES and SEI as the guideline to explicit self-esteem, self-made IAT as the guideline to implicit self-esteem. Result is that they are independence, and no gender deference.The second research combined explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem, discuss the different combination's effects on international sencitivity, fear of negative evaluation, social blench, to know more about explicit self-esteem and implicit self-esteem active systems. Results are that different self-esteem combination influence the three aspects of social blench behavior. Implicit self-esteem has more automatic behavior and emotion driven reaction than explicit self-esteem.
