Liu Mingzhong (1243-1318) ,also named Duanfu or Zhong'an, was a native of Zhangqiu county in Ji'nan Prefecture, < Yuanshi>praised him as a true Confucian in his biography. He was also a famous minister and intellectual in the early middle of Yuan Dynasty. Liu Minzhhong wrote 149 Ci poems, which were the third in the authors during Yuan Dynasty according to compiled by Tang Guizhang. Liu Mingzhong learned from Xin Qiji whose style belonged to Northern school Ci, and what he did was very typical during the early middle of Yuan. In additional, Qi and Lu Culture and Southern school Ci influenced his style of writing. As to the contents, Scene of the heyday of Yuan Dynasty and the Confucianism spirit was showed in his Ci, and which reflected the living state of excellent intellectual in Yuan's thriving and prosperous period.The enclosed included five parts which provided the basic documents for writing above paper.
