The book "The Three Selections of South Fujian Opera and Music Published in the Ming Dynasty" contains three florilegiums of songs selected from South Fujian Opera. They are Man-Tian-Chun, Li-Jin and Sai-Jin. It was convinced that the original versions of the florilegiums were published no later than early 17 century. Therefore, their value as data for exploring the early stage of Minnan Dialect as well as South Fujian local literature is beyond any doubt. This paper applies these resources .Based on deeply research,we accord to the rhyme of Hui -Yin -Miao -Wu,then sum the rhyme situations up.At the same time, we classify the rhyme in that book into twenty-two catalogues displaying the rhyme catalogues' form.We summerize four conclusions:1 Rhyme rules of Southern Opera and Music are different from those of Norhtern Music. They are different from South Music, too. 2 Srong rhyme of stop tail doesn't use with weak rhyme of stop tail, nasalized rhyme doesn't use with rhyme which is end of (-n][-m][-?].3 In the Ming Dynasty ,three nasal finals can be employed together.4 Nasalized finals rhyme and stop-ending rhyme ([ ? ]) can apply with Final of a open syllable.lt makes clear that:far from 300 years, nasalized finals rhyme and stop-ending rhyme ([? ]) sound near by Final of a open syllable in the Southern people's feeling. So these discussions can cotribute to not only the dialect materials of South FuJian Opera and Music but also the research on FuJian dialect's phonetics history.
