Deng Yi-Zhe is one of the earliest scholars who had done great contributions to the research of the Chinese classical aesthetics. His calligraphic and painting aesthetics, on which he had done great achievements ,help the scholars in this field nowdays and in the earlier time. This dissertation take the preliminary step towards the research on this great scholar. Influenced by Hegel and other western scholars, Deng Yi-Zhe recount the whole process of the art development, from the origin to the ideal art forms, by his two unique self-made concept system: "body-figure-mood'' and "liveliness-spirit-frame of mind'. He got another look on the traditional aesthetics concept: frame of heart and rhythmic vitality. I start the research on his idea from the earlier period ,though his achievements are mostly got on his late period ,and find his comments on the art by the analysis of the art forms. I arrange his developing frame on the basis of analyzing his systematic concepts: analyze the origin of art and the developing process and study the ideal art elements: mood and line as a whole. I give a special recount on the rhythmic vitality for its importance in Deng Yi-Zhe's system.
