Although the Vocational minority students come from the South of Xinjiang have been learning Chinese for several years, there are not too many difficulties in their classroom environment sentences expression and daily communication with Chinese, but from their writing corpus covered social class letters, there are more low-level expression, and the practical application of Chinese capacity is very limited. For these outstanding problems, the paper focuses on the practical application of skills in Chinese writing and proposes the communicative function as the key link in training. According to language output hypothesis, personnel teaching experience and social life on the level of minority students in Chinese language requirements, the author established the "strengthening the Chinese output, highlighting the paragraph into the expression" vocational teaching model to explore the intermediate level of Chinese language proficiency of minority students in the way training.Firstly, the paper discusses the current status of Vocational Preparatory Chinese teaching to minority students, and the requirements on the MHK examination of Chinese writing. Secondly, taking the exam papers and exercises as study corpus, it describes the errors in their Chinese writing from multiple perspectives, analysis the reasons for low application level of Chinese writing, mean while combined with the questionnaire and interviews. And then, the paper proposes the goals, tasks, methods and principles on teaching of Chinese writing, focused on textual Cohesion of Practical and the genre awareness. Finally, according to the "output hypothesis" and the individual teaching practice, the author discusses the Chinese Vocational Colleges "output type" teaching ideas. The study is a useful to explore on the practical application of training ethnic minority students in Chinese higher capacity, improved vocational teaching of Chinese writing and other aspects.The Author believes that "strengthening of Chinese output, expressed in paragraphs highlight" of the teaching is helpful to integrate Chinese semantic structure as a second language for the minority students in vocational school, to further improve their second language expression system, and promote the expression skills in Chinese. Teachers should pay much attention to training by "make it easy" and "write to learn". By strengthening Chinese output, the learners can notice the correct form in language practice with the testing hypotheses, the formation of the skilful use of language, and ultimately develop their communication skills in Chinese. Therefore, this paper provides a wealth of teaching Chinese as a second language study with a certain value.Chinese expression ability is one of the key competences to ethnic minority practitioners in modern society. Learning Chinese is their way to obtain professional knowledge and an important means of communication. Through the surveys and interviews, the paper analyzes the urgency of the situation and research of Chinese writing in the shortcomings. By drawing on the researches of teaching Chinese writing to foreigners and foreign language teaching, the author raised some proposes on the content of vocational teaching of Chinese writing, the implementation of the methods and principles and other issues.Teaching of Chinese writing skills is an important part of the objectives of Vocational Training. The attention to the cultivation of Chinese writing is also reflected "learning by using, learning by doing" feature and in line with the practical ability as the core objectives of vocational personnel training. Therefore, the study has practical significance for building the Vocational Chinese teaching model, improving the minority personnel training structure, and promoting exchanges co-operation between the Han and the ethnic for a harmonious social environment.
