The thesis base on the image age for context, takes Tsai's classical cartoons as the topic of study, in earnest reading, reference image culture and related fields on the basis of research achievements. Through analyzing Tsai classical cartoons via aesthetic angle and study, the thesis is exploring methodological significance transforming from Tsai's classical cartoons to Chinese culture in the diffusion level, in order to glimpse commonalty's current reading reality and the status quo of traditional culture diffusion.Tsai cartooned the Chinese traditional culture, which is based on taking cartoon as a transition, then readers can read original work.Four chapters are included in this thesis. The first chapter takes Tsai language, image and theme defamilarization visual transformation of the original as a starting point, to discuss the spread of manipulation of cartoon, interest and originality of effects. The second chapter cartoons from readers different expected visions that starts with readers expected visions break and integration in the cartoon "blank" under the summons to mobilize initiative to complete understanding of the story, and then see the wisdom of readers in witty, obtain deep aesthetic experience. The third chapter in pictures and words, this part discusses the integrity of the cooperation in Tsai classical cartoon pictures in the relationship, view under the action of gestalt form reading gestalt. The fourth chapter gives a deep thought about Tsai classical comics between culture and entertainment, reversely considering its significance and hidden danger to the original work and traditional cultural classic as an individual case in contemporary popular cartoons. Thus, glimpse public's reading reality.
