This research discusses the psychological structure of subordinate perceptions of power in supervisor-subordinate relationships and its related factors, using positive method of Psychology. Main research contents include:1) the psychological structure of subordinate perceptions of power in supervisor-subordinate relationships; 2) the relationships between subordinate perceptions of power in supervisor-subordinate relationships and leadership effectiveness; 3) the research of moderator effect between subordinate perceptions of power in supervisor-subordinate relationships and leadership effectiveness; 4) the research of power perception differences under different population, histological features.558 valid questionnaires were returned and the data collected were analyzed by many methods such as EFA (exploratory factor analysis) and so on. The main conclusions include:1. The psychological structure of subordinate perceptions of power in supervisor-subordinate relationships includes three dimensions:individual charm, professional skills and positional power. The reliability and validity of the scale are high enough.2. Subordinate power perception has a significant impact on leadership effectiveness. Subordinate power perception (overall) has significant positive impact on organizational commitment, acts of benefit jobs, acts of benefit colleagues and acts of benefit units. The dimensions of subordinate power perception have different impacts on leadership effectiveness.3. Organizational justice plays a significant moderator role between subordinate perceptions of positional power in supervisor-subordinate relationships and acts of benefit units.4. There are significant differences on the three factors of subordinate perceptions of power in supervisor-subordinate relationships among gender, age, education, working years and company types, but there is no significant difference in position.
